Custom portrait work may begin after payment is confirmed. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after processing begins.

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact support with the order reference and clear photographs. Eligibility for replacement or refund is reviewed under the order facts and applicable law.

Payment is processed by PayPal. A payment marked pending, held, denied, reversed or under review is not treated as a completed order until confirmed.

The service records the submitted reference image, generated portrait, generation status and settings. It also records verified account details, explicit portrait-to-account links, order and delivery details, payment status, and security or rate-limit identifiers.

Google processes new portrait generation; WaveSpeed was used for historical generation and may retain earlier inputs under its own terms, but the website no longer calls its API; Supabase provides authentication and private storage; Vercel hosts the application; PayPal processes payments; Resend and Microsoft Outlook support account and customer email. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms.

The selected full-size file is normally prepared in the browser before the smaller reference is sent. Submitted source photos are automatically deleted after 3 days. Generated previews without a protected payment record are automatically deleted 14 days after creation. Paid-order artwork and records needed for fulfilment, payment, disputes, security or legal obligations are retained.

Plausible provides privacy-focused website analytics. Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API are enabled by default to measure website visits, advertising interactions and purchases. Meta Pixel may use browser identifiers and cookies. The Conversions API sends hashed customer identifiers and order information to Meta for advertising measurement. AppLovin Pixel is also enabled by default for advertising measurement and optimization. It uses browser identifiers and first-party cookies, including _axwrt and axwrt. Our purchase integration sends order information, hashed email and customer identifiers, and a hashed valid international phone number when available, to AppLovin.
